Matthews Hospitality was unanimously selected as co-developer with Atlanta-based Songy Highroads to develop a $200 million, 400-room hotel next to the newly expanded Savannah Convention Center. The expansion plan will double the current exhibition space, adding a 58-foot-wide hangar door, a
