Dr. Andreas Steinbauer is a seasoned real estate executive with more than 25 years of international experience in property development, investment, sales, and marketing. He now serves as CEO and President of Matthews Switzerland, leading the company’s new office in Zug, Switzerland, and expanding Matthews’ presence across continental Europe.

Prior to joining Matthews, Dr. Steinbauer was a key leader at Peach Property Group AG, a Swiss-based listed real estate investment company specializing in luxury residential development in Europe and rental properties in Germany. Since joining Peach Property Group in 2009, he served in several senior management roles, including Head of Sales and Marketing, where he helped drive the company’s strategic growth and success in the European real estate market.

Dr. Steinbauer started his real estate career in Beverly Hills in the early 2000s with a luxury investment and development company and moved back to Europe to manage luxury project developments for Orco Property Group in Central Europe, overseeing a portfolio of high-end residential projects and deepening his expertise in premier real estate markets.

Dr. Steinbauer holds a degree in Business Administration from Georg-Simon-Ohm University in Nuremberg, a Master’s Degree in Real Estate, and a Doctorate in International Real Estate Markets from Kingston University. His extensive background and leadership are central to Matthews’ continued growth in Europe.
